Sierra the Snow Leopard
We'd like to introduce our Sierra the Snow Leopard pacakge! The first photo shown is our plush prototype of Sierra. The following photos are of Sierra's storybook, Sierra's Mountain Mystery, written by our very own Caitlin Kenoian! Follow Sierra as she discovers what mysterious substance in the river is causing her community to get sick and how to fix it! Every item in this package is made from recycled, eco-friendly materials, from the plush to the packaging! Our Sierra the Snow Leopard package supports the Snow Leopard Trust, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting snow leopards. Join the fight to save the snow leopards!

This package comes with the Sierra plush, the Sierra's Mountain Mystery storybook, and a QR code directing you to a video about Sierra on our TikTok page. Learn about snow leopards, their natural habitats, and how you can help them.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING INFO
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to change this as soon as possible.
